News spreading “Spareing Basaw and Masae Useng ready to return to Thailand after fleeing  from the case against Thai national stability in southern provinces long time. Lately PULO leader Yase Parte  in Europe ordered  to disintegrate the Co-operation Center  to stop of southern crises  in Thailand .

 

            The reporter said that Mr. Yase Parte the leader of  PULO in Europe stationed in Germany who fight against the Thai government to separate 3 southern provinces of Thailand for ten of years had ordered to disintegrate since August 2011. He returned to Yala province by cooperated with  Mr. Panu Utairat the secretary of Southern Operation Center.

            Mr. Parte said ,before returning  homeland had cooperated with the Democratic Party with Mr.Panu Utairat and Mr. Sutep Tueksuban former vice prime minister of Thai National Security regularly. He wanted to  come to help solve the problem of southern crisis and develop the country. He sooner will help bringing the members in Europe return  homeland, too.

            Currently he open “ the Center of Cooperation  People Voluntary Solving  Problem in the South of Thailand” since 12 September 2011. This center used for cooperation with various group leaders to help solving problem in the region.

            More over, besides the returning home of Mr. Yase Parte. The Thai National Stability Unit received cooperation with the leader of  B.R.N. movement of the report of Mr.Spare ing Masare Useng the director of Thamma Foundation School who identified one of the two of a 7 step planer to form Pattanee Darussalam, he also has a case of the Thai National Security needed by Thai law who reward of 5 m฿ will report  himself to the Thai Authority in next October, too.

            Both of them, 4^th Region Security HQ. and the Thai National Security Council identified they are the high ranking of the B.R.N. Coordinate Movement and support the riot in the south of Thailand since 2004

            For Mr. Yase Parte  the Europe PULO leader didn’t have a warrant of arrest, only his name is in the list of the PULO movement, not the same as Mr.Masae Useng andMr. Spare ing Basor who plotted of unrest such as bomb attact and murdering many cases.

3 of them still  can be tried under article 21 by report themselves to the Thai authority to be in process of interrogation and mind development program.

LTG. Udomchai  Thammasarorach 4^th Army region commander and Director of 4^th Security Administration Front said: He known about the  returning of Mr. Yase Parte  long time and agree with those people who stay outside to come and have peace talk under the plan of “ Bringing people back home” For Mr.Sapare ing Basaw and Mr. Masae Useng if real happen, the current crisis will be solved with peace method.

However another PULO movement group led by Mr. Custuri Makoda station in Sweden not agree with this and condemned of disintegrate in Europe , He said  those people did not follow the ideology of the fighting policy of the movement. He also sent letter on an email 24^th September 2011 to Ms. Yinlak Chinawatra the Prime minister of Thailand to open talk with the PULO movement about the crisis in the south.

Even though this is a rumor or real, it will be a sign of peace talk. Every war in the world ended with talk. No people support the war creator and violator and no one  responsible of the incidents in 3 provinces in the south of Thailand .

For some movement groups harming  and murdering the innocent people to gain advantages and influence for illegal trading such as, fuel, drug, land to grow rubber plants in the south of Thailand.

Who will be the representative for those people for peace talk and order to stop ??????

Will they do for ideology, religion or  for money?
